This innovative jacket helps maintain cooler water in summer and warmer water in winter, significantly reducing the energy required to regulate water temperature.

Additionally, the cover extends the life of water tanks by shielding them from UV radiation and harsh environmental conditions. Our Heat Protecting Tank Cover is scientifically designed to reflect a substantial portion of the sun’s heat radiation:

  • 1-inch thick insulation reflects approximately 80% of solar heat.

  • 1.5 to 2-inch thick insulation reflects approximately 90% to 97% of solar heat.

The jacket consists of high-performance EPS insulation sandwiched between two waterproof fabric layers, effectively blocking conductive heat transfer. This makes it one of the most efficient tank insulation solutions available today—perfectly suited for the extreme Gulf climate.
